Hometown feel but slowly growing too big for its own good. Moved there late 90s and decided it outgrew us in 2020.

Great connection to the city government

Needs a lot of work 1-camera flash won't work in app. 2-Only saves new tickets as DRAFT, can't tell if it actually gets submitted. 3-takes too long if trying to submit more than one ticket. 4-have to stop app to create addtl tickets bcuz it retains prior ticket info & can't tell if prior ticket actually submitted. 5- no follow up received to know issue received by city or when/if resolved or referred out.

Has this app been abandoned? It won't even open.

It used to work great. Today I tried to report a water line break about it only shows a blue screen now. My wife was able to open the app on her phone, but it didn't submit the report.
