★★★★★ well personally i think the app sucks but..... i really cant complain because the time i do have to spend with my son on video chat is PRICELESS.... yes the app sucks yes the prices are outrageous YES IT COST TOO MUCH TO ADD MONEY yes it drops calls when an incoming call comes in but guys come on really? do you know how many people would die to be able to see their loved one on a video chat or text them a letter instead of waiting on the mailman? like i said before there is no price on that cherished moment.... I hadnt seen my son in almost a year til he got transferred to a facility that offers video chat... I cried the whole time so yes i am eternally greatful to the person who came up with this idea and sold it to the prison system....... PRICELESS. I dont care how much it cost or how many time it drops the call....im gonna pay it

★★☆☆☆ Time to check out how much this company gets paid with the contract. Considering how bad the "video call" was. At that price it should be dolby true sound with 12k resolution. Wow just got dec stmt. 2 dollars for the statement. They sure milk it.
