For VCO this is BEST My only gripe is no way to dial number from Android's own native dialer, and after placing the call it can be a pain to switch back and forth from this app to dialer when doing the automated menus on some of our calls (voicemail, automated customer service, etc) other than that it works reliably.. it works best on 4G signal. I'm talking 10Mbps down and 1-2Mbps up. I love how it gives the option to save the conversation and share it via email, text, or Gnote. I use it everyday looking forward to improvements. Please Improve based on what I said.

No good with data only I installed cause tired of ppl having trouble hearing me on captel. Only after install does it tell u have to have both voice and data. I have data only deaf phone plan so no good for me :(

Bad I did tried it and it didn't work in properly way. Please make sure the caller captions work.

horrible! This was so confusing! I used it to make an outgoing call, so it connected me to a captionist: perfect. Then the droid "incoming phone call" screen showed up, so I answered it, but it doesn't go back to the captioning screen automatically. When I went back to the captioning screen, the captionist was disconnected and it says "connecting to captioning services" FOREVER AND EVER and it never connects!!!! Also, how on earth do you caption incoming calls??
