★★★★★ I've used this app for one RV park and another app for a different RV park. And this one is hands down better than the other brand. I refuse to ever stay at the other park, and it was nice. Just because of their laundry app. This one had the option between the app or quarters. And I never had any problems.

★★★★★ Very clean. Always plenty of machines that work well. Love the option to use coins or the app. But the app makes it so much easier by not having to worry about coins.

★★☆☆☆ It usually works for me, but I would rather have to go find quarters than deal with this app. I usually run out of funds with one or two loads left and want to add just what I need, but it won't let me add less than $10. I also can't check the balance until I am standing next to the machines. I don't like that it doesn't show me which card I'm using to add funds, but it does save my card info. Also, the texts about when your load is almost done are wrong 99% of the time and come way early or late.

★★☆☆☆ They will not refund you your money when their machines don't work. They will only refund you their "tokens"

★★☆☆☆ This app is a scam!!! I had to use it while staying at a hotel. It cost me $10 to add the "minimum funds" - I was only doing 1 load of laundry! If your washer requires this app, save yourself some money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
