★★☆☆☆ User unfriendly app: after downloading app and entering credit card, not clear what the next step is. Asked another passenger: select Clipper in my Google Wallet! - but it's not listed under transit pass, not as BART or Clipper. BART agent asked me to wait, while I was thinking my cushion time is evaporating. Agent was helpful but couldn't find Clipper either, not under San Francisco as he suggested. Ultimately ended up buying a 5th Clipper card, I keep forgetting to bring it along...

★★☆☆☆ Clipper blocked my card for no reason and never refunded $50 that they failed to apply to my card.
