Easy, clear instructions I've had this app less than 24 hours, so far it's been nothing short of brilliant. Very clear, easy to follow instructions and the picture quality is great. I've no doubt more to learn, but I'm up and running.

I so want to love this system/app but cannot. What is the point of having a doorbell camera if it only catches the backside of the person at your door? It NEVER catches ANYONE walking up to my door, but always catches a car on the street when it is just going out of view, or a random phantom will set it off with 50 notices and nothing to show. I guess I will have to start looking for another system that actually works. I know they are out there, I've seen them on reels. And my Wi-Fi is close by.

Videos in History do not load ever. It says getting video stream. Takes forever to load. When it finally gets to 100%, and I click play It yet starts getting video stream process all over again from 0, and it just keeps cycling in circles. I CANNOT Access ANY of my videos. I CANNOT SEE My videos at All. History is there but videos DO NOT PLAY!!!!! I PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION and CANNOT even see videos on the current date. There are NO Videos saved in my service. I CANNOT see or access ANY of My

Says connected even gives me notifications but will not show live feed ever. I have very fast Comcast internet and other cameras work fine I always had an issue with this one
