I bought a cloudot doorbell camera, I'm receiving major harassment in my home from multiple people, I purchased the cloud storage where it said my footage would be kept for life, I have asked numerous times for help I was told 2 complex for the engineer 2 retrieve just 2 months of evidence, I have asked 4 advice on how 2download future vids of which I need 2 downloads now! No support, cloudot, once have your money don't provide there side of the deal, if ID of know this I wouldn't purchase cloud

The support email does not work. I created a username with an email address and on my new phone, the app will only allow entry of a phone number as a username. Locked out with no Support.

Don't EVER get a new or warranty replaced phone. Had my phone replaced and couldn't log back in (said account doesn't exist) so untried making a new one (said account already exists) if anyone has a fix let me know can only chat with euki and have tried all hours, but they are ALWAYS closed

Picture quality is amazing. But that Has little to do with the app and more to do with the camera. App seemed really good for the first month now it does not give me notifications when somebody pushes the doorbell. I get constant notifications when I go outside but almost none when anyone else is at my door. Chime will not sync with the doorbell. Going to try resetting and reinstalling everything
