App is completely unusable. Always down and have not been able to access any holdings for over 24 hours now. Rang client services only to be told there is nothing they can do. They removed share trading functionality via mobile browser and force customers to download the app. And the app doesn't work. Looking into moving my holdings out of CMC now. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed with CMC. I had my account terminated. Was trying to place a trade on a small cap stock. There was a slight gap in the bid/offer price, it locked my account. They made some suggestions. It locked my account again and after a week, I was notified that my account would be terminated. There was never any warning that this could happen. I have since moved over to Comm sec, and it is a much more efficient system. Customer service is also far better. I would never recommend CMC!

Terrible Avoid this platform if you can be really useless charts. It does not save your chart indicators .chart Indicators keep disappearing. Each time you need to manually add the indicator. Called their customer support but they cannot help. How can CMC be awarded any ratings. Other brokers offer chart indicators for free.
