It's very easy to transfer money from one account to another and to see what your balance is.

First off, outside the original 20th Street Bank, I have never banked anywhere else and never will. This app is a lifesaver. I don't know how many times it's kept me from spending too much and when to slow up. I'm able to see when a bill has cleared. Also, if I'm inconvenienced they have a feature that allows you to take a pic of your check, and it transfers into your account. This app has so many features to name. I may not use them all, but at least I know they're there if I need them.

They should bring back this updates for deposit section to be able to choose of using flashlight for camera to take pictures of the checks, bring back and add autocapture camera options for mobile deposit, and they need to fix app and websites to be able to open new banking/financial account because it's not working. Also, they need to fix Bill Pay and Belle with online banking to be better and be able to fix issues through the website and app to communicate with Bill Pay/ customer support messages.

App removes pending transactions randomly at midnight, showing me the wrong amount of money (which has put me in the negative sometimes), and currently has not updated to show my paycheck for 3 days.

I wanted to check my account balance, so I opened my bank app. Instead of fulfilling my simple request, it demanded that I download the newest version, locate and enter my 12 digit username, remember my old password, and make a new password. I complied. Since my cell has been Wi-Fi only for over a year, the app then demanded that I enter a code that they text to my nonworking number. No other option, and no way to ask for assistance, except calling from my nonworking number.
