Extremely frustrated with the service provided. Every time I try to upload a prescription, it gets rejected because it's not in a specific format. It's unreasonable to expect all doctors and hospitals to follow the same format. St. John's Medical College Hospital in Bangalore is a renowned hospital across India. Despite manually verifying the prescription with customers, CNH Care still insists on booking an online consultation to get the prescription in the predefined format.

The app is not that user-friendly. 1. If there are any followup questions sent after the consultation (even after 5 mins) then I never received any response from the doctor. Every time a consultation has to be booked even for a quick followup questions. 2. Every time a call has to be initiated and doctor doesn't join the consultation on time There's no easy way to send messages. There are other apps that provide better user friendliness and free followup consultation upto 7 days like practo.
