I love my Coign credit card. I had no trouble getting my card and the customer service is excellent. Anytime I have questions I can talk to an actual human being that I can understand. I love the notifications of every transaction that gets posted to my card. It is very easy to pay my bill through the app or the website. But the most important thing to me is that this card company supports the values that I hold. I no longer charge anything to the other card I had.

Closed account in less than 3 weeks. They took a hard look at my credit, and it wasn't worth it. The app takes forever to load, to the point that I've put it down and come back to it. They don't have any kind of security alerts and have a customer service rep who'd rather get smart and be rude with customers than acknowledge it's a problem. In today's world, when information is so easily accessed, why would you NOT roll out your card with those features already. ACCOUNT CLOSED.

Needs work!!!! Linked my bank account and all seemed well. Went to pay my bill and no banking information in application. I refuse to do things twice when I follow instructions given within the application.

Every time I tried to enter a password for the app, it rejected because it claimed to be different. This is due to fat-fingered attempts, so I found one of those rubber tipped pens, but that didn't work either. They need to allow the entire password to be visible until sent, otherwise they could allow creating an account on a desktop or laptop like the rest of the banking world. NOT EVERYBODY WILL FOREVER USE A PHONE FOR EVERY TASK, Some of us like our desktops and laptops and will NEVER USE APPS.
