CoinLoan: Сrypto & Fiat Loans

★★★★★ I was skeptical at first of any company that custodies crypto, but I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a response from customer support. I feel good with the level of security and professionalism that I have seen from CL. I recommend it to all my friends. I have only every used them as an interest account and have nothing but good things to day about it. As for the loan aspect I would not be able to comment. My only issue would be that we have no option to have our interest paid in CLT coin. This is the native token to CL, and it will boost your interest rate every certain number.

★★☆☆☆ Why doesn't the app open? I'm using an Android phone in US. Nervous to put funds in an account to find I will be shut out from my crypto.

★★☆☆☆ Liquidated my loan at 70%, instead of 90% as stated. I received a few messages this morning stating that my collateral was at 86%. When I checked the loan it was only at 76%. But just to be safe, I wanted to add some collateral. You can't just add it from your interest account, you have to withdraw it and wait a day for it to hit your wallet at 14:00. While I was waiting on that, got an email saying that my loan had been liquidated. Tell me how it went from 76% to 90% in a matter of minutes...

★★☆☆☆ I don't currently want to withdraw but with that said, I'm prevented from withdrawing, and I'm not currently collecting interest on my crypto which is the whole point. They aren't supplying a lot of information, but they appear to be in financial trouble. If and when I have the option to withdraw, and I'm collecting interest, I will update my review.
