The app works just fine had my hex lights for over 5 years, over using 3 different modems and 4 different phones. Never once had pairing issues with any of it. Some people are just not computer-literate after reading reviews, tho pairing takes very little brain power or effort. WE DO WANT MORE ANIMATIONS AND COLOR OPTIONS THOUGH! PLEASE!

Used to be 5, I'm not sure why but the app won't start beyond the loading (first) screen, this is very disheartening as I very much like my setup with your lights, and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot. Any advice is helpful Edit: If you have the same issue since the update, go on your system and wipe all data you have on the app. Then re-download and ot should work just fine once you put in your stuff.

This app needs a massive update. The lights struggled to stay connected and time out. Won't even let you update the firmware

So I had 3 Basic LED Colo light Hexagons, they all responded to my phone perfectly and without issue. Once I bought 6 more hexagons, which are pro, I connected them all together, and they now won't connect to my phone. It'll sometimes reach register but will fail, most of the time it'll fail at Pairing in less than 30 seconds. Mind you, when I just had the 3 I was using the old app, now with this new one it won't even work. I want to use these, WHY won't you let me?
