Great app but the meal plan doesn't function

I have not had any issues with the app. It would be wonderful if there was a comment section where the individual could make notes for that day. Ex: How many extra glasses of water, caloric intake, cheat day, extra help "going", etc. Easy download/install to my Android. Experienced no issues with setup. The reminders are great for busy lifestyles.

This app hasn't worked for 4 days, albeit they told me they're working on it. I can't log in, I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, did the password reset, and they still can't verify my account (although I've been using it for 2 months). The app won't even allow me to contact them! Bugs everywhere.

You make an app about colon health, and you DON'T include gaining weight to one of the goals ???? So, if this is an app for people that are overweight - you have to call it that way, call it "weight broom" or smth like that. I struggle with gaining weight and whenever I log in my weight - the app, ironically, congratulates me for still being the same weight. Just wow. 😂 The only thing that's an added plus (comparing to other apps like this) is tracking your bowel movement.

Love it other than the Meal Plan crashed immediately. It's been frozen on loading my meal plan for weeks. I reported it to customer service weeks ago already and nothing had been fixed. It's still loading and therefore, I can't log my food intake which is annoying. Had to get Fat Secret instead. And the jury is still out on this product. I'm eating really healthy, drinking water and getting daily exercise. I don't feel my bowel movements have been that exciting.
