It really helps out with being able to talk to my drs. Face to face instead of just hearing their voices. It makes you feel like you're right in the office with them. I love this app. I now can talk to Lydia my shrink in person. And talking face to face with someone is so much better than just hearing a voice.

Not worth a star. Column Health will not help. They will hurt. Fact I was a patient. I even went into a locked psychiatric ward to get help needed. They did not follow up with the direct institutions from the Hospital. And then after 7+ years of Sobriety. "A" relapse. The 1st words out of the Dr's mouth ... How are you doing with the opiates? I lost my patience with him. Told him I'll be reporting him and the remainder of the company. Seeing they all decided on concert 2 do this.

5/5/21: I am getting Error Code 403 - Can't Download App. "Column Health Scout" can't be downloaded. The "get help troubleshooting" link won't even work. Google Play Store: how am I able to edit a previous review (from before I Factory Reset my phone) if the Play Store is telling me this app is not Installed & it won't allow me to install it??? I DO NOT WANT TO USE INSTANT APPS! ESP NOT for something medically patient-confidential like this app??? STOP SHOVING INSTANT APPS on my phone!
