I gave the app 4 stars, the reason for this, trying to schedule a pickup is long-winded, I've used this app on three separate occasions all going to the same pickup and drop off places, unfortunately you can't just pick previous routes, and picking from an address is impossible, then the map doesn't show the drop-off point, so I pick a very near location then tell the driver where to drop me off, if this was sorted then 5 stars all day.

APP IS BOSS BUT THE TAXI PRICES ARE DEAR. ESTIMATED TAXI AT 6.20. Got in and the clocks already on the up, came to 7.20 anyway I chose this firm because delta are terrible. Brittania taxis take about 1 hour to turn up and the taxi comes all the way from st helens. Nice driver sound app but price is steep

I have had a few bad experiences with this company, one of the woman I spoke to had an awful attitude when they made the mistake of sending one taxi after we booked two, so I called to ask why they cancelled it, well the way I got spoken too was disgusting. I've literally stopped using this company now and sticking with another.

Apparently, it is the only wheelchair friendly taxi company in Liverpool 😂. Waited an hour and a half to get from the hospital as drivers kept declining the job then waited for another hour to try to get back at 9pm, snotty attitude from the woman on the phone. Ended up getting an uber and my mum having to assist to lift me out of my wheelchair!
