★★★★★ The app is in english, so that is a major plus point for me. It's easy to use and navigate, and the app has almost all the banking features - transfer money, block card, download bank statements, etc. Overall, it's very good.

★★☆☆☆ Don't you have a testing team who checks for major bug in your app? After recent update the app is in half english half Deutsche. Sometimes full Deutsche. Until last month it was full in English and as a newcomer I came to this bank only for english support. Now total mess and time to move away from Commerzbank You say you have english support also but just chek the way the bug is ruling your app

★★☆☆☆ I am not able to download the photo tan to start using the Commerzbank app. I changed Payment methoda region To Germany but still getting the notification on play store that I can not download it because "this item is not available in your country" I am not IT specialist to write a code... that's why I think that Commère bank app and commère bank photo tan is not user-friendly apps. IMHO, regards, to whom it may concern! I bought this phone in Germany, in Mediamarkt :)
