This app is awful. It constantly struggles to upload pictures when im at a job even with full bars of service. Good luck to you when trying to upload videos unless your phone happens to be hardliner to Nasa's internet router it will never upload. Which it also trys to constantly upload in the background draining your battery and causing your phone to work at the speed of smell until you realize you have this app and delete any uploads from 3 days ago.

I've used this device for years and pay every month. I contacted them with an issue that is a big problem with there software. They gave me an automated response that didn't mean anything. I asked to be the called, so I could explain the problem over the phone, automated response is they can't. Hire people, not hiring people for customer service is a joke when charging that much a month. Especially when it's software issue. I use this to provide photos to insurance for claims.

This is just a photo management app for businesses, no invoicing, estimates, scheduling etc. A year upfront is $29/person/mth & you have to pay for a min of 3 people regardless of how many subscriptions you need. ●That works out to $87/mth or $1044/yr, if you want to pay monthly it's $34/ mth x 3 =$102/mth or $1224/yr The pro plan saves you $10 per month, but you lose features. As a small business I CANNOT justify this cost for a full service app, never mind only photo management.
