★★☆☆☆ Has been completely useless in allowing me to pay the dues, which is the only reason I signed up for the app to begin with. When I try to add a payment account to use to pay the dues, it just freezes on a white screen where I can't do anything. I have tried on multiple devices with no difference in result. Even tried the initial site online and couldn't even get that to pull up the option to make a payment. Waste of time and effort when all I want to do is pay my dues, so they stop mailing me stuff

★★☆☆☆ The app keeps crashing every time I try to make a payment. I reached out and got ZERO response. I reached out to my management company and was told there was nothing wrong with the app. Even after I sent a screen video of the app crashing, without any kind of troubleshooting was told in no uncertain terms that the app is fine. IF IT'S Finer THAN WHY IS IT CRASHING!!! Be wary of entering into any agreement with condo café as their customer support and technical support, is non-existent.
