★★★★★ I love this app for making banking easier than normal Banks ... Che king your credit looks better and u have your control of your transactions... the app itself do not fail .ever ready when ever u click on it.

★★★★★ The transaction shows on real-time and enables the account holder to keep the eyes on both income and expenses. Once by mistake I pressed tge wrong bot tun, and it sent money to my bank account and didn't know this is choice an account holder can choose when is needed.

I have been blocked because I was tryna update my personal information (new number house address) I have tried severally to get in touch, yet the customer service personal won't want to assist because I can't speak Deutsche which is a little absurd>yet I was granted a loan. I will appreciate if I get an assistance. Thank you 😊

★★☆☆☆ The app is useless! It has so many mistakes that is simply unbelievable. I got a push-up notification that I have a message, but when I click on it, I can not open the app, and if I open it, there is nothing there. Also, if you want to change your monthly payment, you can not do it because, say, it has some mistake, and you must do it from your PC. About the bank, it is a story for itself, I changed the payment day from 01. To 15. In a month, and they charged me €15 for that. Absolutely joke!

★★☆☆☆ No option to write general help requests. Like Consors Finanz still deduct €20 per month, even after full repayment and canceling the card. No support option in the app. No emails to contact. Phone number not working. But they keep deducting as 'Zinsen"!!! Careful with this final. They rob you.
