★★★★★ Quite convenient The constant request for a TAN and the short time before automatic logout maybe security features but makes it bumpy to use. I would suggest extending the time before logout to give some time to work on another app. Thank you.

★★★★★ The only very inconvenient thing is the constant requirement to lock in again. That lock-in time frame should be decided by the customer on their own risk. Everyone demands safety and security. But that permanent Lockout is quite annoying

★★☆☆☆ Previously the Consorsbank app was well-designed, clear and easily usable. The newly introduced redesign is Unstructured, confusing, difficult to use. An attempt was made to implement a modern design for compulsion and for no apparent reason without focusing on UX and usability. Based on this experience, I advise possible new customers from an account with the Consorsbank.

★★☆☆☆ The app is really just a low okay ish... It is far away from UI and UX standards that you would expect in 2024 - it is practically impossible to quickly trade stocks it takes about 10 actions to just sell a stock. For such a big bank it's really disappointing that they didn't even try to improve anything in the 3 years I had the app - literally nothing improved about the UI. So the functionality is really there but the UI and usability is quite bad compared to most other brokers.
