I'm using this app perfectly however after the last update there's no amount to pay, and I can't pay my bills using this app anymore. I'll change this review once it fixed. Edit: It fixed now, so I'll get this back to 5 star.

Ready to pay here, but no verification code arrived to my email after 3 attempts. App only collected my info under the guise of Registration. Five stars for the disappointment. Will probably still end up wasting time and fares to go to the branch just to pay. Huwag na kayoing mag-App kung habitat lang. Asta digital kayo pero Gatun pa rin pipila pa rin sa branch para may Magyar. Converge needs to do better, especially when everybody can see that your fees are now very high.

After you guys updated the app? I didn't receive an OR for my January Payment. Now you guys are no longer sending me my SOA. And even if I'm already paid for my January bill? The app is still asking me to pay for it last month's bill

If there's a zero rate this maybe zero. Before the update, you can see how many devices is connected to your internet, the temperature of the modem and the signal strength, now all of it is gone. The customer service is also hard to contact. They also change their policy that they will disconnect your net after 2 days of being behind. I tried to request to change my due date since my salary date is every 15 and 30, but instead they put it on 27 and said that they can't change it.

Hi Converge, I have not received my Statement of Account (SOA) and official receipt, and it is also not showing in the app. I have tried to call your customer service, but the agent always cuts the line.
