Country Delight: Milk Delivery

★★★★★ Bought Ghee twice; 1st time good experience but the 2nd time, almost half of the jar was filled with oil and a separate layer was visible (since we know that ghee contains oil, but in appearance it was different from the 1st one but yeah similar in taste). Milk is also good in taste. And now from last week, the feedback page is displaying on the screen so many times that I'm unable to place an order; that's really irritating cuz it's forcing the user to first give feedback & then make an order.

★★★★★ Pathetic service. Did not deliver and money got deducted. On registering the complaint the service team is shameless enough to mark the complaint resolved with actually mentioning 0 refund. Update : Post the negative review the team got back to me and refunded for the non-delivery as well as for a complaint of a leaky packet delivery which initially they'd refused when I had made complaint through their app. The service without the review should be much better, but the quality is good.

★★☆☆☆ I started this app for coconut water and was happy for the initial few days. Received a coconut with smelly water inside and asked for a refund. They were giving only 50% refund because the picture I had uploaded in morning did not show the coconut opening. By the time they called, after few hours, I had already thrown the coconut. Had to argue for 5 mins to get 100% refund. Worst customer service and refund process in this day.

★★☆☆☆ Country delight app always shows the discounted price and the regular price is not mentioned. When you order the product they force to take VIP membership which is quite costly otherwise you are bound to pay 2-3 times price for the same product. Moreover, they don't have any cancellation option for instant delivery, so in case you fall in their price trap, you are bound to accept the order.

★★☆☆☆ Everything they show in ads is fake trust me. I have been using Gokul milk which is far better than this.
