I picked a cash back offer in the app. I bought the items that applied (I would get $75 back for $75+ order), and as soon as I made my purchase, Coupon Cabin locked my account (no cash back when your account is locked). In order to "unlock" my account, they require some personal and unnecessary information (in the form of government documents and utility statements). SCAM. And they respond with the same bogus answer "to protect." NO ONE needs that type of info to verify an email address.

Scam! Never Sent My Gift Cards!! I used this to buy a simple gift card, and when it never arrived I found they have NO PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE, they NEVER help you or PAY WHAT YOU ARE DUE OR ORDER FROM THEM. I submitted 57 tickets to them, only 3 were answered and wanted my ID. Gave them the ID and they DISAPPEARED!! TRUE SCAM, buyer beware!!!! ****To the developer response: I gave them my Driver's license, state ID, and have been a customer for years. They stole from me, and many other people.
