Doesn't work after most recent android update. Just shows a black screen. So not able to log in. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Really poor for the level of service that should be provided as basic.

Perhaps it's because everyone uses iPhones at Courts, including a majority of the customer base, that this app hasn't been updated in a long time. Frankly, it's clunky and inconvenient. Opening new pages is not smooth, with it pausing until it is all loaded (meaning you don't know whether it has crashed or not - which it does). Login only works 2/3 of the time unless the app is restarted. Other banking apps like monzo and Natwest are far more innovative. In particular, I got Monzo specifically because Courts was not intuitive for everyday spending. For a Royal Bank, it's shocking this app hasn't been updated over a year and crashes a lot.

The worst mobile banking app I have ever come across, black screen, won't work even after multiple uninstalling and reinstalling. I suggest Courts looks into this immediately.
