Fixed We have been members to Crayola for over 4 years. Paying $25 a year, and now they change it to where they want you to buy keys to unlock things that were ALREADY UNLOCKED WITH THE MEMBERSHIP, or they want you to pay an extra $60 to unlock everything. What the actual F? So now not only do I have to pay $25 to get the app I have to buy 5 keys for $8 to unlock a couple of things or pay another $60?! I think this is awful and unfair! My daughter LOVES LOVES LOVES this app, and she can't even play it.

Problem has been resolved. My daughter used to love this app, so I paid the yearly subscription, now she has informed me that in order to play I need to buy keys to access certain things?!?!? I've had this app for a few years now where she had access to everything, and now you're making us pay for things she has played previously on top of the yearly subscription?!?! The problem has been fixed and was taken care of very fast and friendly. Will recommend app to parents with creative kiddos.

Since this is a program that is created with partnership with the Smithsonian I expected their to be more educational programming and games for my child. Biggest issue I had been that the educational games were few and far between and the rails that it put on the system preventing my daughter from playing the way that she wanted and from going to the activities she wanted it was also very glitchy and oftentimes had to be shut down and rebooted. For the high yearly cost not worth it.

I paid for the subscription. Now there are "keys" that pop up, and I have to pay $14 for 10 "keys" or $60 for "lifetime" "keys" per user. Not per subscription. That's another $120 for my two kids. Regardless, another $60 minimum on top of the $60 annual subscription is a joke! I thought the "keys" were a scam. If this new subscription model is real, then this really is a scam. By Crayola. Whose goal is educating our kids. If we pay these new subscription models, then it will never stop.

We loved this app but all of a sudden it popped up with keys that cost to unlock the new games. Uhhhh WHAT. They sent ZERO notifications, and it's a KIDS app. There should only be a subscription fee that I can control NOT in-app purchases. Please return the app to how it was.
