The app works, although I've not had much that is useable from it yet but that's more my lack of practice using it as a mobile scanner. The scanner is pretty good when used static with a PC. The most annoying thing I found with the app was the front screen not autorotating to landscape when attached to the handle wand thing and the facebook banner on the front page. Editing the cloud map (removing unwanted parts) after scanning in the app is easier than the PC version.

Easy to use app, if only there are an options for making the model rotation is same as the real world, so in 3D model the position of top and left are aligned nicely (no need to be perfect alignment but nice at least)

This does not work with Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I bought the Ferret for its portability and without this app working, it is useless. Will be returning the device because of the lack of the app.

Very frustrating!! So much potential with scanner, but TERRIBLE app and software. Please fix, so I don't return scanner. 1) Blue Light Scanning (using Android 12) causes CRASH every time it's attempted. 2) Infrared scanning has terrible alignment and losses alignment almost instantly, regardless if trying Small, Medium, or Large object. 3) Infrared scanning does NOT work with Markers/Targets. It does not notice them in the 3D Point Cloud window (i.e., like it shows in CR Scan software).
