★★☆☆☆ Drivers are never on time the company has gone down hill so many drivers are useless always lazy say they are 2 minutes away always show 10 minutes later I was late for work

★★☆☆☆ App is good but Cresta is really bad, and the drivers have no idea where they're going ever even in local areas.

★★☆☆☆ Scamed I got a text saying I could now use my bank card to pay for fare so thought I would try it. They forgot to mention the £1.50 charge for using the app then £1 for paying with my card. I used uber and embassy cars the last week to the same location, and it cost me £5.60 from uber and £6 from embassy cars.
