I love the crew car wash in my town it does the best quality job of the car washes in town. My only real complaint is the price of a single wash A single regular wash should not be $10 and the ultimate wash should not be $20 because if you get more than three washes in a month it's cheaper to just get there unlimited which is kind of pointless they should have a wash starting at like $7, but you do definitely get a good quality wash.

This app crashes even on a good day. But now it crashes every time. I can't even get into it. I cleared my cache, restarted my phone. Finally, cleared my data too. It let me in once and then started crashing again. So then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still can't open it at all.

Abysmally pointless. No Account management or viewing. Can't even see when my Unlimited plan started, or most importantly, ends if changed. I have to ask the kids at the car wash to tell my plan dates of my currently driven vehicle by scanning stickers. I can't do anything for my wife's car plan unless they can scan the sticker. Why can't customers simply view their plan by using sticker numbers!? Use for Information only with submitting requests for someone else to make changes.

This might be one of the most worthless apps on the store. You cannot even get information about your account with this app. I recently got a new car. Forgot the transfer. The sticker over, so I went to one of the car washes and the people there told me that they were unable to look up my account without my number from the sticker yeah, even in the app you cannot get any information about your account!
