★★☆☆☆ The news summary captured is misleading and can have an adverse effect on the end consumer.. E.g. "Supreme Court agrees IT Return needs Aadhaar, PAN", whereas the actual news is that Supreme court has declined to make Aadhaar compulsory for ITR filings, but accepted that those already having Aadhaar should file it with ITR. Even the complete news summary alongwith the heading is misleading, and says the Supreme court agreed so that the Govt can check tax evasion. You are simply defending yourself rather than owning up your mistake. CBDT has also not made it mandatory to have Aadhaar for ITR filing for all, it is only mandatory for people who already have Aadhaar and those without Aadhaar can still file ITR. CBDT cannot overrule Supreme Court's ruling, the highest law keeping institution of India, FYKI. I am really crossed with your closed attitude.. it's sad. I was here to give some fresh suggestions but looking at your edited reply, will hold them for now.
