★★★★★ Took a few rides in downtown Austin this week and had a great experience. Had to walk a little to what the car deemed a safe pickup spot (fair as we were on 6th) and everything was smooth from there! Watched the car even accommodate pedestrians that were not paying attention. Locations/times are limited, but seems to be due to a roll-out/testing schedule, its perfect for late night Austin antics downtown and on the east side.

★★★★★ Cruise self-driving cars are amazing. Just 5 minutes into my first ride I immediately felt safe and like the vehicles was in control and driving better than most Uber/Lyft drivers.

★★☆☆☆ I will never use this company again. Went on one ride and almost died when the Cruise car didn't even stop for a parked car on the road and went into the oncoming lane with a car coming right at us. How are these self-driving taxis legally on the road?? Someone is going to die

★★☆☆☆ It's kind of a joke in Austin. You can only use it north of the river, west of 35, east of MoPac, and south of North Loop. Oh and you can't use it around UT. The hours are also limited to 8am to 5:30pm. Unless they expand, this app has very limited use. The "one week of free rides," advertisement is not usable for 90% of Austenite.

★★☆☆☆ I was on the wait list. They never ever responded, and now the company has had all their cars taken off the streets because they're not safe.
