I discovered Senada through Instagram and liked her workouts. I decided to trial the app, and unfortunately life got in the way (Covid) and I was unable to make use of the trial and ultimately forgot to cancel. Customer service was unsympathetic (it's laid out in the T&C so my bad, lesson for next time), however trying to use the app is frustrating and not user-friendly. There are multiple bugs, it's not intuitive and the exercises themselves are not great. Will not be resubscribing.

It's the first app that I am not able to cancel the subscription in the app or Google Play. How did Google even approve this app? Since I did not like the app, I decided to quit and chose to delete my account and cancel subscription on Google Play. But I found that you can cancel only in desktop app, which I am not able to do since I deleted the account in app. Does this mean my subscription details were also deleted? Or that I will pay each month unless help desk resolves this issue for me?
