Then they will write you and say you do not qualify and are not a good fit for their website. Which in turn means they just stole your identity and who knows what they're doing with it. **Update** They responded without stating anything I had written about with the verification process..... App is slow as dirt. THE SPREAD IS ABSOLUTELY, STUNNINGLY, PURE GREED HERE! And they hide it in plain view with inflated prices and when you buy or sell, they don't break out the fees. They will hold your deposits and withdrawals forever. Absolute joke of an app, a disgustingly greedy, scam and fraudulent company. Use Coin base or Kraken! Save your time, money, and aggravation! Don't use Crypto, they will lock your account and hold your funds' hostage, customer service is incompetent beyond belief. I've used these guys for 2 years without any problem and one day my account and card was locked without any reason given. All my funds were forfeited before I closed my own account because the only 2 options they'll give you is to forfeit or spend the funds which is impossible because your account is locked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW LIFE SCUM COMPANY. I'd recommend Kraken.
