For anyone having the problem where it won't let you log in because you need to update the app and of course you can't update the app, just go to your web browser and type in donor360 csl. You can do your questions there and not have to use the kiosk. I haven't been able to use the app in over a month now. Hope this helps!

It's stuck in a constant loop of telling me to download the new version which I did but every time I try to log into the app it keeps telling me to download the new version

Well it keeps telling me there's an update avail but won't let me access it. Also, a couple visits, so they deferred me for sleeping. I thought it was my 6-month physical/ whatever thing and I didn't have gas, so I didn't go for quite a while. Come to find out, it was bc I fell asleep. I wish they'd have told me. They don't tell you why you're deferred over the phone. Now I'm deferred again (I did get caught sleeping) but IDK for how long, etc. or if that's the reason. Communication could be bet
