★★☆☆☆ Horrible interface update. Clunky, all over the place, tacky. Looks like others rushed app made by trainee UX designers hired on the cheap. Use to enjoy scrolling on their app. Now it's a nightmare. Why try to 'improve and fix' when it was already fine to begin with. Only technicalities and functionalities needed improvement, not the design of the app itself. It has now put me off shopping luxury beauty products from there as it now feels cheap, tacky and overly pricey now. What a let-down.
