★★★★★ A great alternative to the overpriced ride-hailing apps. With Curb, you get a trained, licensed, and experienced professional who knows their way around the city and doesn't have to be glued to the GPS. You're also supporting full-time small entrepreneurs who provide transportation to everyone in the city, not just those who have a smartphone and credit card. Plus, you get consistent, predictable fares that are set by the city -- no surge pricing or other surprise fees.

★★★★★ Prefer this over uber or lyft. Usually the less expensive option. Safer drivers.

★★★★★ I feel that I can rely on regulated cabs far more than Uber or Lyft, especially for important rides such as to business meetings or to the airport where timeliness is critical it when ride-sharing apps are sticking out to you with peak pricing, and this app is crucial to getting an equivalent experience in terms of convenience.

★★☆☆☆ There is no way to cancel a ride while it's searching or even after it's found a ride. The price you see is NOT the price you are charged. There is a credit card fee and other fees that are not stated when you hail/get in the ride. I used curb because it showed half the price as Uber. Uber was $31, curb showed $17.95. My ride ended up being $30.27. There was no traffic or any other reason the fare would be more, except for the fees that are not disclosed Bait and switch! Do not use this app!

★★☆☆☆ Garbage. I signed up, tried to log in & it says "your account temporarily disabled"! I need a cab!
