★★★★★ A very useful and to the point app for drivers

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Quite often I can't log in due to technical issues, or it says the PIN is incorrect (it's not). Also, I am unable to make any claims because I can't upload any photos and when a claim is made via email, it takes them almost a week to respond, then another week to actually reimburse the money.

★★☆☆☆ The app is filled with bugs, any time I want to make a claim something goes wrong, which usually results in me having to re-install the app in order to make a claim. To add insult to injury Custom Fleet has no online portal to lodge claims either.

★★☆☆☆ Woefully bad, hardly ever works. When you can eventually log in you are unable to upload receipts.
