★★★★★ This app is a lifeline for me, it randomly came across my IG and life has never been the same since. With not only getting educated about PCOS I've also learned about what works for me and my pcos. It's an app full of Support, Education, Recipes, Workouts, Trackers for food/water ect. And a Sisterhood Community full of question, stories, challenges, venting of highs and lows all that you can relate to beyond any other. The owners themselves are incredible and constantly going above and beyond.

★★☆☆☆ I have PCOS and when I found this app I was so excited but come to find out if you want to help your health with this app you gotta pay a subscription. 3 day free trial. Sorry I'm not paying to help my PCOS when I can find ways to do it free. I DON'T recommend this app.
