★★☆☆☆ Too easy to remove favorites by mistake and no way to remove all non-favorites (even worse after update 7/6-22). Awkward user interface. No way to take snapshots on demand. Inflexible settings. Very poor and infrequent releases. Ignorant attitude by developer who clearly don't use the app themselves and just guess what users want, ignoring feedback. You can't download video recordings, and SD card is required. HD resolution costs extra. Battery level not in metadata.

★★☆☆☆ You can't download video recordings from the camera, only save it to the local SD card which can easily be stolen, so what's the point of a cloud camera? It says SD card is optional, but it isn't. Setting changes are delayed 24 hours. To get full HD resolution you need to pay extra. The admin site is useless and requires Chrome. The higher image resolution is just interpolated from low resolution. Battery level not in metadata. Micro SD cards not working even with adapter.
