★★★★★ Great resource for Daikin, Goodman, and Amana equipment. No more flipping through multiple service manuals to find answers.
★★★★★ Very useful if you service and or install Daikin equipment. It has installation manuals, service manuals, spec sheets and everything in between. It gets a little weird sometimes like certain things won't load sometimes and other times it will. Also, almost every time I go to type in a model number in the search box it will start putting a bunch of gibberish in there and I have to go back and erase and try several times but is still easier and better than using Daikin City page
★★★★★ Decent app. VRV training I just attended in Davie, Florida was on point. Trainer did a bang up job
★★★★★ Generally a great app, occasionally just doesn't have anything on some older models which can be frustrating (but then check divinity site)
★★☆☆☆ 1) call tech support 2) auto answering system says most issues can be solved with the app 3) download app 4) app never loads. 5) call Rheem and inquire about signing on as a Rheem dealer instead.
★★☆☆☆ Not sure how well the app works. Couldn't even set up an account without wasting an hour of my day.
★★☆☆☆ Excruciatingly slow. Like, WOW! Slow. Still missing a lot of information on equipment but if the sync completes some day maybe it will show up then? Not sure why technical specs for furnaces is displaying fields for ACs and heat pumps and no data found when looking for parts. Matchup tool does not appear to work at all
