★★☆☆☆ It doesn't change the colors of your display like other night mode apps do, it simply adds a flat color, with transparency, over everything. This means that it lowers the contrast of your display, everything become a flat orange color, with your screen hidden underneath. So the color will help your eyes, but the terrible contrast will do the opposite by making text difficult to read.
