★★☆☆☆ Here is a perfect description..... open app, loading, log in, loading, clock in, loading, your about to clock in prompt, loading, clock in, loading, home button, loading. Takes more time to load the app than to use the app for what it is to be used for, doesn't matter the phone it's used on, always loading, you wanna goo to this page, loading wheel, want to clock in, loading wheel, want to clock out, loading wheel, want to log out? Loading wheel. Why is your app so unoptimized?

★★☆☆☆ Has continuous errors I attempted to use this app for the last several weeks, and it continuously ends in an "error" message or just freezes when I attempt to submit my time sheet. Each week I'm sent an email stating my time sheet has not been submitted, even though I got a message stating it was "validated" on the app. When I log into a computer it still says "on hold". It's a stupid waste of time in my opinion, and I will be deleting it from my device. So much for convenience.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible This app is just terrible. It is so ridiculously slow, taking 30–60 seconds to proceed to the next screen. I have attempted usage with all different speeds of Wi-Fi and 4g connections and nothing helps. Additionally, I have the same decimal point problem as another user and the instructions Data Basics provided for fixing the issue do not work. The app is practically useless. It should save time on filling out expense reports but instead is just an enormously inefficient product - not production ready.
