This is the 2nd payment I had to make just for 1 day insurance! They didn't send my documents, but they took my payment and instead of documents they sent a quote for what I've already paid for. First I paid £16.99, and now I've paid £11.99, so I do want a refund as this is ridiculous.

0 stars. I entered all my information in correctly, and they refused to insure me. I presume it is because I am 19 years old, but this kind of discrimination is unacceptable, everybody has the right to learn how to drive by law, yet Insurance companies discriminate and make it very difficult for Younger people to drive. It is fair to charge younger people more for their premiums but to refuse them coverage solely based on their age is unacceptable. If you are below the age of 20 don't bother.
