This was my first time using the dayuse app and this experience exceeded my expectations. I had a long layover between flights and really wanted a shower and a nap. I was able to do both for a fair price with this app. There was a free airport shuttle that ran frequently. The only con I have is I was charged $15 more at check in than my dayuse reservation stated. I didn't argue the fee because I was tired.

I live in Tulsa, OK, and there's not one here. There's 1 in OKC, and that's it for OK. 2 in the state of CO, and 48 in LA, CA. It seems not a lot of people are taking advantage of this wonderful app idea! From what I have read, the app is great, the only thing that varies is the hotel experience. I'm giving 4★ because it's not being used in OK. They need a premium version so they can expand to other areas and have the $ flow to do so!

I'm giving a 1 star because they accept ur RSVP online, but when u get to the hotel they tell u there are no rooms available 🙄. Also, it's a "spy app" I gave number and my phone materialized into thin air shortly after I made RSVP! Now, I see why they give such discounts your phone [ur entire life] will be go missing. Don't give any personal information like phone numbers privacy laws prohibit this 🙄

I tried to reset my password, it gave the message as invalid. I tried to create account, it said use other email address. It's frustrating.

Came off cruise ship at 8am in Florida and flight to UK wasn't till 6pm at night, so booked a day room. Turned up to the hotel, and couldn't be accommodated. The hotel couldn't have been less interested, and this was the hotel manager speaking to us. Really felt let down and contacted dayuse when I got home. Was told they'd investigate. What I was offered was a discount on my next booking if taken within 3 months. Considering I had just returned from hol, that was unlikely. Won't use again.

The hotels don't load no matter which one it just remains a blank page. It works on the website just not the app.

Arrived at hotel only to be told they were fully booked and Cayuse was meant to notify me, they didn't. Rang Cayuse only to be told they could only offer us a room nearly twice the price. So after our trip we rested in the car. -5 ⭐
