★★★★★ Overall great improvements over the last few years. Cudos to product team. What's been annoying me for some time is that the point collection is off in standard. Why? 50% of times I forget to toggle it, and it annoys the hell out of me. That and the fact that payments can be hell, even when the credit card has been used 100 times. Always double confirmation, opening other apps, resetting Password, ... The whole show. Otherwise, keep going, we need you! Better app, more usage!

★★★★★ Traveled 2 weeks in Germany using this app, and it worked great! Ticket is easy to share when purchasing for multiple people in your party, adding and using stored payment method, figuring out timelines, etc. Updates sent to email which is handy when there are changes to track numbers or times. Must-have for stress-less travel.

★★☆☆☆ It's kind of a joke. When choosing your age, why do you need to scroll month by month starting from today? I just need a ticket to the airport, why do I need to show my age, I'm not buying a children's ticket. Also, why is it so difficult to have map information readily available or show the date and time when confirming tickets? Considering how important train travel is to the area, the app sure hasn't gotten any love.

★★☆☆☆ App does not allow you to log in, then it obly works as an "in-app browser" for browsing the Deutsche Bahn website. Literally it is better to use web browser app to get to site, better functionality than the app... Really disappointing

★★☆☆☆ I wish I could give ZERO STARS or even NEGATIVE STARS. The app is a mess. I just want to book some tickets for a trip but every time it loads the website. What use has this app in that case? None
