★★★★★ While applying credit card through this app, I was getting document upload failed error while submitting the form. There are no details given on what is failing. I got to know about exact errors only when I tried it via website. If possible, please try to put exact error in the mobile application.

★★☆☆☆ The app sucks. My digital token suddenly decided not to work. Crashed every time I click transaction record. Follow-up review: Deleted and re-installed the app and problem solved. But after I traveled to China, problem came back. How many times I need to delete to the app? I travel to China frequently.

★★☆☆☆ DBS/POSb Citibank is the worst app, which cause their own backend system to crash completely. Downloading the app and setting up was a nightmare. First, the POSB app did not work, called customer service, I was told to reinstall the app again. I proceeded to download the DBS app and set it up, but afterward, neither the App nor even Internet Banking works on any devices. Customer service only says tech support will look at this 'specific issue' after a few days. DBS service is by far abysmal!
