★★☆☆☆ With DDRC this is a good thing that you have multiple modes to see your reports at any time. However, regarding the online ordering feature, their own team seems to disown it - If you place order online, customer care will call back, drag this over 2 calls in the name of confirmation and ask you to cancel citing technical issues. Further they will offer to reorder through them. At first, I thought this technical issue is true but even after months they follow same pattern.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to download reports. It shows as PDF sent to email. But not received any emails. Also, no direct download available/working

★★☆☆☆ Worst update for the app 1)for viewing the same report more than once, feedback is asked every time. Even though it is given, feedback is again asked. 2) Could not add address details.so every login asks for location. Earlier version was working very well.
