They take my order and confirm 2 time that if you are still interested, so you would be waited, and it's not delivered, even after the week I just cancelled my order, and it was very Worst experience, they were Offering discount, and they didn't want to deliver order on discounted price, so it's easy that call customers and say:" Sir hmarey pas orders ka Load hy agr ap wait krsaktey to hm Jald Apka order deliver ardently, and sorry for that" costumer preshan hoker HUD hi mana krdeyga ya cancelled.

Pathetic app, no real time update on delivery no tracking facility available their delivery partner never answer your phone even if they do talk rudely no customer dealing ethic also you have to dry your brain to make them understand your exact location likd these guys are from another planet no idea at all.

I have been ordering groceries from deal cart since last 7 to 8 months. But from last 2 months, there service is becoming slower. I had place order on 4th Feb & didn't receive on 5th feb. After complaining several times, there support team told me that you will receive it by tonight 10 pm. After that, they told me that you'll receive your order tomorrow afternoon. I complained again on 6th feb, they told me that rider is on the way. Half hour later they told me that your order has been cancelled
