Interesting...to say the least. I like the Science backed, powered by AI aspect, as well as the age of death with your current habits vs fixing a few things. Bottom line, don't smoke or drink alcohol, drink more water (almost everyone should do that), exercise 3Xs or more weekly, sleep for 8 hours consistently, stretch, and see your doctor(s)... more often! You get a single shot and have to guess what the questions are asking....then it dumps you to the page asking for $40 for a subscription with no way to look at the effect of different answers. This app just shortened my useful life.
