This is a marvelous device and watch combination, you may need to re-pair if it won't let you sync, through device icon at the bottom of home page, especially if you install and use more than one copy. Touch the watch photo in 'device' and another menu pops up with watch faces etc. Very impressive it's all there you have to work at it.

I love this app... But please the remote monitoring option needed attention as I could add family members to view remotely. Pls tell me what to do. Can you integrate it with Strata? The sleeping time accuracy also needs attention...

The related fitness tracker Is pretty accurate with many metrics, but blood pressure is very exaggerated. The app provides a lot of info and with most metrics you can "deep dive" to view hourly results. It's good! I add that in recent months the blood pressure measurement is much more accurate, and it's obvious that the software has been improved overall.

This watch is a joke it works for about 6 months but stop working most of the time it don't connect to the app on my phone

Not worth it. The app doesn't stay paired with the watch. Major pain to get it paired again. Watch doesn't automatically log activity. If you don't remember to select the activity on the watch before you begin, you are out of luck. The app doesn't let you log it manually. It also logs your blood pressure when you are sleeping and are not wearing the watch. Major rip off.
